Article 355- FIRs against armymen questioned

NewsX has accessed information from its sources that 387 more army officers have moved the Supreme Court on article 355 AFSPA. The armymen, along with 356 others, have questioned the firs and investigations against them in AFSPA areas. The petition challenges demand for prosecution for doing their duty. It states an extraordinary situation of confusion has arisen with respect to their protection form prosecution. The SC hearing resumes on September 4.
