INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/2 CUP OIL
1/4 CUP CONDENSED MILK
MIX WELL
1 CUP MILK (making butter milk)
1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
MIX
1.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
SIEVE
1/4 CUP TUTTI FRUTTI
1 TEASPOON ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
MIX
POUR THE OIL CONDENSED MILK MIXTURE
POUR THE BUTTER MILK
MIX WELL
MIX THE TUTTI FRUTTI
7 INCH OIL GREASED SAUCE PAN
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE PAN
SPREAD SOME TUTTI FRUTTI
TAKE A IRON TAWA
PRE-HEAT FOR 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE SAUCE PAN & COVER IT
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 45-50 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
CLEAR THE EDGE
REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE PAN
CUT INTO SLICES
