Mumbai Cuts The 4th Birthday Cake of Terror, Still Vulnerable

Terror has cut its fourth birthday cake today in Mumbai, but as it marks the fourth anniversary of the 26/11 terror attacks, the government has failed to deliver on the critical issue of coastal security, leaving the city as vulnerable as it was four years ago to an attack from the sea. The police top brass was still trying to address problems regarding men, machinery and logistics of the security setup on its Western coasts.
