Sheila Dikshit has sparked off a controversy over the UPA's cash-for-food programme. At the launch of the "Annshree Yojana" in the Capital on Saturday, the Delhi Chief Minister said that 600 rupees was sufficient to buy the monthly food supplies that a family of five needs.
