Indian Politico Infuriated for Speedy Justice

In the 1970s, the conviction rate was just about 44%. It has declined steadily since. In 2011 the conviction rate was an abysmal 26.4%. Almost as good as the villain knowing that the law doesn't stand a chance against his excesses. A reversible process that is hardly a sufficient deterrent for the crime. And one that doesn't answer the question , where is the justice for the victim?
