The 3-day meeting of Congress workers - first the shivir and then the AICC Conclave - that concluded in Jaipur on Sunday was more than anything else a message to the party to gear up for General Elections. Anointment of Rahul Gandhi and his first speech as well as the flavours of the event spelt out as much.
