HC to hear Tatas' plea against Singur bill

Tata Motors' plea challenging the West Bengal government's decision to take back 400 acres of land allotted to it in Singur.The bill is due to come up for hearing in the Calcutta High Court on 23rd afternoon. The Tatas had pleaded that the law passed by the Mamata Banerjee government is a "fraud on the Constitution".
