Geetika Sharma suicide case, charges against Gopal Kanda

India News:A Delhi court on Friday ordered framing of charges against former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda and his employee Aruna Chaddha in air hostess Geetika Sharma's suicide case.
The court said that prima facie charges of rape, unnatural sex, abetment of suicide, conspiracy, forgery under the IPC and IT Act be made out against Kanda.
Former air hostess Geetika, who was earlier employed with Kanda's MLDR airlines, was found dead on August 5 at her Ashok Vihar residence in North West Delhi.
The court said that prima facie charges of rape, unnatural sex, abetment of suicide, conspiracy, forgery under the IPC and IT Act be made out against Kanda.
Former air hostess Geetika, who was earlier employed with Kanda's MLDR airlines, was found dead on August 5 at her Ashok Vihar residence in North West Delhi.
