India News: Minister for Information & Broadcasting Manish Tewari told a Congress gathering on Tuesday that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi would be an issue in the 2014 elections and the party could not dodge the challenge.
Seeking to address ambiguity in the Congress over responding to the Gujarat CM, I&B minister said Modi has been accepted by the network of BJP workers as their leader and would require a resolute riposte.
