Sonia Gandhi struggling to choose next CM of Uttarakhand-NewsX

The Congress high command is apparently struggling to choose the next chief minister of Uttarakhand. This is amidst indications the leader would be a MLA. That pretty much rules out the possibility of MPs including Union minister Harish Rawat making it to the post. The party's central observers Ghulam Nabi Azad and Chauhdary Birender Singh have submitted their report to party Chief Sonia Gandhi. Over a dozen MLAs are already in Delhi to step up consensus for their choice.
