Ahead of 2014 General Elections, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will on Saturday visit Assam to support the Congress candidate in Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency. Though 80-year-old Singh has officially declared that he would not seek a third term, yet he will be campaigning for the party in Assam from where he has been a Rajya Sabha member.
