The three Maharashtra ex-chief ministers-Ashok Chavan, Vilasrao Deshmukh and Sushil Kumar Shinde- subpoenaed by the two-member judicial commission investigating the Adarsh Housing Scam, are expected to present themselves before the quasi-judicial probe committee this week. Late last month, the committee comprising former Bombay High Court Judge J A Patil and former state chief secretary P Subramanian asked Deshmukh and Shinde, now Union ministers, to appear before the commission between June 25 and June 27.
