Ajit Singh's son Jayant violates EC code; booked- NewsX

Rashtriya Lok Dal leader Jayant Chaudhary, who is the son of Union Minister Ajit Singh, has been booked for violating the model code of conduct during the ongoing polls in Uttar Pradesh. Chaudhary, who is the MP from Mathura, was caught on camera taking Rs. 70,000 from a local RLD leader during an election rally. The Election Commission is likely to seek Mr Chaudhary's explanation over the matter.
