Work hard, steal a little, but don't loot: Shivpal Yadav - NewsX

Even as the country is witnessing a second movement against corruption, Uttar Pradesh's PWD minister and SP Leader Mulayam Singh's brother Shivpal Yadav has come up with a bizarre advice to bureaucrats. Addressing at PWD conference in Etah, he exhorted the officials to work hard, steal a little but not loot, taking the officials by surprise.
