Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is going to be in Srinagar today. He has invited a group of the country's top-most industrialists and corporate leaders to join him there as well. The Congress general secretary, who will be laying the foundation stone of a tunnel that will connect Kashmir with Ladakh, will be in Srinagar for two days, October 4 and 5.
