Chautala's charges against Rahul baseless: Congress - NewsX

Slamming INLD chief Om Parkash Chautala for accusing Rahul Gandhi of tax evasion in a land deal in Haryana's Palwal district, Congress today asked him to look within before making "baseless" allegations against others. "The allegations made by Chautala against Rahul Gandhi are totally baseless. Chautala should think about himself and his sons first rather than making allegations against others," party spokesman Rashid Alvi said. Chautala had yesterday accused Rahul of tax evasion in the purchase of land in a village in Palwal district. Alvi said Rahul had purchased the land and paid the amount for it as well the duty on it. "What is wrong in it," he asked.
