Kingfisher staff-managment meet inconclusive - NewsX

The meeting between Kingfisher employees and the management has ended and no agreement has been reached. Airline employees have categorically stated that they will only negotiate further with the management when they are paid four months' salary immediately. Earlier, the Kingfisher management offered the employees their first months' salary within 24 hours, the second month's salary next month and the third months' salary by Diwali. The meeting comes in the backdrop of the DGCA suspending Kingfisher's licence after it failed to come up with an adequate recovery plan and assurances that safety will not be compromised in the running of the airline.
