Ponty Chadha murder: Namdhari under police scanner - NewsX

Sacked Uttarakhand Minorities Commission chairman Sukhdev Namdhari is to be presented in a Delhi court today charged with criminal trespass. He's also to be questioned in the case of the murder of Hardeep Chadha, and criminal conspiracy in the shootout case. Namdhari was arrested near his residence in Bajpur in Udhamsingh in Uttarakhand on Friday. Namdhari has refuted reports of going into hiding after the Delhi farmhouse shootout where he was present now promising to assist the police in the probe. The case has now been moved from to the Crime Branch from the jurisdiction of the South Delhi Police.
