Prime Minister Narendra Modi would lay foundation stone for the Kaithal-Rajasthan border section of National Highway 152/65, at Kaithal in Haryana on Tuesday.
Tight security arrangements have been made at Police Line Ground here, the venue of the function, officials said. According to senior Haryana BJP leader and MLA Anil Vij, this will be Modi's first visit to Haryana, which goes to polls in October, after becoming the Prime Minister.
"The Prime Minister will address a public meeting after the foundation laying ceremony. Definitely, his visit will come as a big boost to our party," he said.
