Law should be named after her, says Damini's father

The debate over the amended rape law be named after the 23-year old Delhi gangrape victim has got a shot in the arm with the victim's father advocating for the same. Speaking exclusive to NewsX, victim's father expressed his wish that the rape law be christened after his deceased daughter to send a tough message to the culprits.
