Delhi gangrape: 5 accused appear in court

The five men accused of raping and murdering a physiotherapy student on a bus in Delhi were brought to court for the first time today. The police has said it has forensic evidence to establish their guilt in the crime. 2 of them had yesterday said they wanted to turn approvers. The 6th accused is a juvenile. Sources say the men are stunned by the speed at which events have moved and have been hit by the realisation that their fate could soon be sealed. More immediately, the men fear attack by the public on their way to court.
