Akhilesh's stern warning to IAS officers

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has come up with a new action plan to bring drastic change in governance. A day after promising 'visible change' within a week's time in the government, CM warned IAS officers of strong action if they failed to ensure that the benefits of government-run schemes reached the people.
