Ex Gen V K Singh debunks bugging charge

Former General V K Singh has strongly refuted the media reports that he was behind an alleged bugging operation involving the Defence Minister's office in 2012. In Feb 2012 media reports had quoted Defence Ministry officials stating that the army was snooping on phone conversations around South Block. The reports also said that 'off-the-air interceptors' were functional for over one year.
