Afzal Guru hanging: BJP, PDP slam Shinde's statement

Pandemonium in J&K assembly over Afzal Guru's mortal remains. Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde yesterday said that Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru's body could not be returned to his family. Opposition slammed Shinde's statement calling it an insult to the state; they also alleged that state government was hand in glove with the centre on this decision.
