UP: Teacher beats children as they failed to join his tuition

No end to corporal punishments bogging schools in Uttar Pradesh. In a bizarre incident in a private school in Pilibhit near Bareily, a teacher not only beat up three students black and blue for not taking tuitions but also made a video clip of his brutality to show it to other students and threaten them to join his tuitions. Meanwhile, the education department has sent a notice to the school to explain. The teacher is yet to be arrested.
