Light rain observed in many parts of Delhi-NCR

After witnessing a foggy morning on Lohri, Delhiites woke up to a fog free day with light rain on the morning of Makar Sankranti. With the visibility at 800 meters, areas including Vikaspuri, Noida Expressway, Model Town, Dwarka, Palam, Faridabad and Lajpat Nagar observed no fog. Although, light rain was experienced in most parts of the national capital. Due to light rain, the minimum temperatures are expected to rise.
