NewsX: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today hit out at the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government at the Centre, saying that the country was moving from crisis to crisis because its rulers were weak, and made a strong pitch for his model of development which he said had helped his state achieve progress on all fronts.

Citing examples of the Centre's allegedly weak governance, Mr Modi spoke of how then External Affairs Minister S M Krishna had read out the address of the foreign minister of another country at the United Nations.
