Heavy rains wreak havoc in Manipur, West Bengal and Odisha

Two days after cyclone Komen made a landfall in Bangladesh, heavy rains and floods have wreaked havoc in the eastern and north eastern states of India. Manipur, Odisha and West Bengal are the worst affected states.
