New method soon to pick judges: Kapil Sibal

NewsX: Law Minister Kapil Sibal has proposed a Judicial Appointment Commission to replace the 20-year-old collegium system to choose judges, if approved this will pave way for the government to have a say in the appointment of judges to the Supreme Court and High Courts.
