News X : Digvijay Singh submits proposal on Telangana

NewsX: The Congress is said to be veering towards saying yes to the Telangana statehood demand which has allegedly consumed the lives of at least 600 youngsters and unleashed violence across 10 districts of the Telangana since 2009.
The UPA govt is weighing its options on the demand for separate Telangana. Despite promises by top leaders of the party, there has been no decision on this as yet. Congress General secretary Digvijay Singh says that he has submitted a proposal in this regard to Sonia Gandhi.
