Man shot at by neighbour over parking row in Tilak Nagar, Delhi

A 48-year-old man, who could barely walk without crutches, was shot at by his neighbour over a parking row on Sunday evening in west Delhi's Vishnu Garden area, Tilak Nagar. The accused is on the run and the man is in a critical condition, police said. The accused has been identified as Binny. He had an argument two days ago with the victim, Harbhajan Singh, when the latter was parking his car. On Sunday, Binny approached Singh while he was sitting near his house and shot at him. Police said Singh was long supposed to undergo a hip-replacement surgery and couldn't walk without crutches.
