LoC ceasefire: Peace talks with Pakistan put on hold
Amidst continuing violence, India and Pakistan have put directive of their Prime Ministers on restoring LoC ceasefire on hold.
Indian Army sources confirm that amidst growing incursion from across the border there is no confidence in engaging the Pak Army in peace talks at this moment.
Remember, in the September 29 meeting between PMs Manmohan Singh and Nawaz Sharif at New York it was decided that the DGs of Military Operations from both sides would meet early to work out a plan to restore the LoC peace.
