Defence Minister AK Antony orders security for Colonel Bakshi after the latter's wife complains of threat. Colonel Bakshi's wife wrote to Antony demanding security for her husband.
Colonel Bakshi, who as head of the Technical Support Division (TSD) was reporting to the then Army Chief Gen VK Singh, is now posted in Bangalore. He belongs to the Corps of Militrary Intelligence
The Ministry of Defence has officially termed the activities of the TSD as "undesirable". The TSD was disbanded after the retirement of Gen VK Singh
