A murder accused lodged in Punjab's Kapurthala jail has uploaded on the internet a 10-minute gory video clip of brutally thrashing an inmate inside the prison , exposing the much-criticized callousness of Punjab jail officials in allowing drugs and expensive communication devices inside the jails.
