There is no development in Gujarat, says Nitish Kumar.
An aspirant for Prime Minister must be patient, Mr Kumar said, adding "I have heard that Gujaratis have a sweet tooth, like a lot of ice-cream. So then why are his words so lacking in sweetness?" the chief minister said, displaying his stock-in-trade flair for criticizing Mr Modi without naming him.
