India Debate: Are Kejriwal's 18 demands a pretext to shirk responsibility?

A historic mandate is in danger of being squandered by a group of parties who are so concerned with settling scores that they have forgotten their principle duty which is to govern and deliver on the promises it made to the people, to you and I. Instead, these parties have gone into a sulk. It is as if to say we, you and I are to blame for being indecisive for not reposing our faith wholly in them. This is absurd. What stops these parties for accepting the reality of a fractured mandate, banding together in respecting it and joining hands to form a coalition government.
