Kaushambi, New Delhi: Wearing his trademark white cap, Arvind Kejriwal was sworn in as the chief minister of Delhi today, as an estimated 40,000 people cheered for him at Ram Lila Maidan, a massive public park in the heart of the city.
"This is the fight for independence from corruption, hunger and poverty," he said this morning as he left his house. "It is the common man's victory. Action will start as soon as we take the oath."
