Indians 'safe', but no 'guarantees' from Iraq

Iraq refuses to give guarantee for the safety of abducted Indians in Iraq. Report suggests that terrorists may use abducted Indians as human shields. The information was provided by the one Indian who escaped. Nearly 700 people from Punjab and Haryana are stuck in strife-torn Iraq. Most Indian workers in Iraq are construction or skilled workers.
