Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday launched a blistering attack on NCP leader Sharad Pawar over the legacy of Shivaji, saying he lacks the quality of the great Maratha leader, saying it was the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government which took care to name the Mumbai airport after him.
