Complaint lodged against BJP MP Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti

A formal complaint was filed against Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti for use of abusive language in Monday's public rally on Wednesday, reports said.
The complaint has been lodged under sections 153-A, B and 295-A IPC in New Delhi's Tilak Marg Police Station.
The charges against her include deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion among others.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday warned all Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislators to not address the nation out of turn.
He said he will not compromise on abusive languages by the BJP MLAs.
The upper house of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, was adjourned for the day earlier on Wednesday after MPs, especially from the Trinamool Congress, enter the well of the House demanding Jyoti's resignation for her hate speech.
