Italy won't send marine back

Defense Minister Roberta Pinotti said Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014 Massimiliano Latorre's health is the "priority.'" Expressing irritation and disappointment, Pinotti told Italian lawmakers: "Conditions aren't there to let Latorre leave Italy.
