With a battery torch as its symbol, the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP has contended that it resembles its symbol of the broom. The move came in a bid to restrain AAP from using the symbol for the upcoming elections.

अरविन्द केजरी वाल की पार्टी आप के द्वारा हाई कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की गई जिसमे उन्होंने बताया की उनकी विरोधी पार्टी आप का चुनाव चिन्ह टॉर्च को बदलकर दूसरा चुनाव चिन्ह दिया जाये|
