Robert Vadra 'trying to soften cases' on Lalit Modi, says BJP

Taking note of the so called ‘accidental meeting’ of Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra with Lalit Modi, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday alleged that Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law was trying to weaken and soften cases on the former IPL chief. “The Congress Party simply cannot get away, saying there was no discussion, there was no interaction by Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra in their so called ‘accidental meeting’ with Lalit Modi,” BJP spokesperson GVL Narasimha Rao told ANI here.
