Maharashtra government to not ban 'Agnes Of God'

In a battle between freedom of expression and religious ideology, A Chrisitian outfit has sought a ban on a play titled 'Agnes of God'. The play shows a nun who gives birth to a child and claims she is a virgin, leading to a series of investigations by a psychiatrist. The Church has backed the outfit's call for a ban. The outfit is even against the casting of Non-Christian actors in the play.

However BJP minister, Eknath Khadse gives green signal to the play saying the outfit should move the court instead.
