Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally in Motihari, Bihar

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Monday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his 2014 Lok Sabha election promise of bringing back Indian black money stashed abroad. Addressing a rally in Motihari ahead of third phase of Bihar Assembly election, Rahul said," Modi had promised to bring back black money from abroad, but has he fulfilled his promise? Did anyone of you get any money in your bank accounts as assured by him (Modi)?" Rahul asked.
