Big debate over Dawood Ibrahim's disclosure

One of India's most distinguished police officer Neeraj Kumar has made some startling claims about India's most wanted fugitive Dawood Ibrahim. Kumar has revealed that his bosses for no real specified reason asked him to stop talking to Dawood. In his telephone conversations the underworld don had incidentally begun to open up to Kumar on the 1993 Mumbai Blasts roughly a year after the deadly terror strike. The admission comes on the back of claims by RK Singh a Former Union Home Secretary and BJP MP who said that Mumbai Cops were in cahoots with the underworld and had sabotaged several operations to apprehend Dawood.
