Article 377: Supreme Court will have to rule on 'rights'

It's a big day in the Supreme Court, today; the apex court of this country will decide whether sec 377 which criminalises gay sex & gay marriages amounts to the denial of their rights to privacy and dignity. The chorus for equality has reached a crescendo with gay rights activists staging marches across the nation.
