After Public Sector; Private Sector gets 'Quotafied'

Job reservation in private sector, especially for SC/STs, has been an issue that has off-and-on been discussed among pressure groups and political forums. But this is the first time that a formal recommendation from the NCBC has come for job quota in the private sector.
