NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE DREAM CAKE l EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¾ CUP WATER
1 TEASPOON INSTANT COFFEE
1/3 CUP OIL
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 CUP POWDER SUGAR
¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
½ TEASPOON BAKING SODA
SIEVE
MIX WELL
1 TEASPOON VINEGAR
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
7 INCHES OIL GREASED SILVER POT
POUR BATTER INTO THE POT
BOIL SOME WATER INTO THE PAN
PLACE THE POT INTO THE PAN
COOK IT IN MEDIUM LOW HEAT FOR 35-40 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOK COMPLETELY
½ CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
2 TABLESPOON CORN FLOUR
1 CUP MILK
COOK UNTIL IT BECOME THICKEN
½ CUP HOT WHIPPING CREAM
1 CUP GRATED DARK CHOCOLATE
MIX UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE MELT
REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE MOULD
CUTOUT THE TOP PORTION
DIVIDE THE CAKE INTO 2 LAYERS
TAKE THE SAME SILVER POT
POUR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
PLACE A LAYER INSIDE THE POT
BRUSH SOME SUGAR SYRUP
POUR A THICK LAYER OF CHOCOLATE PUDDING
PLACE ANOTHER LAYER OVER IT
REPEAT THE PROCESS
POUR THE MELTED CHOCOLATE OVER IT
(DON’T POUR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE)
CHILL IT FOR 15 MIN.
TOP CHOCOLATE LAYER WILL BE HARD LIKE THIS
DUST COCOA POWDER
