British actors Joanna Lumley and Simon Callow read from Charles Dickens's most autobiographical novel, David Copperfield [full title: The Personal History, Adventures, Experience and Observation of David Copperfield the Younger of Blunderstone Rookery (Which He Never Meant to Publish on Any Account)]. Recorded in Highgate Cemetery on the 200th anniversary of the author's death.

Charles Dickens was an English writer and social critic living in Victorian London and the surrounding area. He wrote such enduringly celebrated works as The Pickwick Papers, Oliver Twist, Nicholas Nickleby, The Old Curiosity Shop, David Copperfield, Bleak House, Little Dorrit, A Tale of Two Cities and Great Expectations.
